NIKAH KARNA



ALLAH TALA irshad farmate hai ,

tarzuma [ to nikah me lawo jo tumhe khush aaye ,


NAbi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki  nikah meri sunnat hai
[ ibne maza [ hadees 1913


NAbi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki  banda jab nikah kar leta hai to uska aadha iman muammal ho jata hai , baki aadhe ke liye ALLAH tala se dare
miskwat sharif [jild 2 hadees n. 2962 ]

hazrat abdullah bin masood radiALLAHU TALA ANHU se irshad hai ki nabi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmya ki

yae zawano jo tumme se worato ke huquk ada karne ki taqat rakhta hai to wo zarur nikah kare kiyo ki yae nigaho ko jhukata hai aur sarmgaho ki hifazt karta hai , aur jo iski taqat na rakhe to wo roze rakhe kiyo ke yae sohuwat ko marta hai ,

NOTE [ yehtdal `ki halat me  yani sahut[ sex] ka bahut jiyada galba ho n na mard  ho mehar wa na nafqa par qudrat bhi ho to nikah karna sunnat moqidah hai nikah na karne par aadah rahna gunah hai

MASLA [ agr yae andesha ho ki nikah na karrne se zina ka khtra ho to nikah karna farz hai ,

Hadees Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa (R.A) hazrte ans bin malik hazrate abdullah bin umr (R.A.) se riwayat hai ki nabi karim  (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ne farmaya ki apne nutfe ke liye ( yani shaadi ke liye ) achi jagah talash karoo kfo ( yaani biradri / bardari ) me shaadi karoo aur kafo se shaadi kr laawo kiyo ki Aworate apne kum be ( khandan ) ke mutabik bacche paidha karti hai ,,( bahki ,haqim, ibne maza ,hadees number 20,38) 

NOTE , is hadees se do baate malum hota hai hame , ek to yae ki shaadi ke liye acchi jagah talash ki jaye , dusri yae ki apne kunbe ( yani biradri ) me nikah karna behtar hai , apni biradri me nikah karne ke bahut se fayda hai , 
Wolad apni biradri ke musabh paidah hoga , jiski wajah se log dekhte hi pahchan jaeenge ki yae sayyad hai ya pathan hai ya ansari ya sekh wagerah khandan ka hai , dusra faeeda yae hai ki biradri ki garib ladkiyo ki jald se jald shaadi hojaegi , tisra faeda yae hai ki shaadi me akhrzat kam hoge , chotha faedah yae hai ki apni biradri ki ladki ho to wo biradri ke tor tariqa ghar ke rahn shan tahzib se pahle hi se waqif ( malum ) hogi lehaza ghar me jhagdah na ittafaqi ka mahol paidah nahi hoga , panchwa faedah yae hoga ki biradri ki wo ladkiya jo bahut jiaada khubshurat na hi hai , unki bhi shaadi ho jaeegi , aksar dekha gaya hai ki dusre ki biradari ki khubsurat ladki talas karke bayah kar le Aate hai jabki unki biradri ki ladkiya kuwari rah jaati hai fir bahut si ladkiyo ki lambe samay ( waqat ) tak shaadi nahi hoti , to bad waqat kisi badmash aawara ladke ke shaath baag jaati hai , ya fir kisi aur tarah ke mukhtaf buraiyo me fansh jaati hai , in wajhat ke bina par biradri me hi shaadi karne ko behtar bataya gaya hai , apni biradri me koi nek shirat ladka ya ladki na ho to dusre biradri me bhi shaadi kar sakte hai , 

Hadees  nabi karim  (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ne farmaya ki ghodeh ki haryali se bacho aur buri nasal me khubsurat Aurat se ,

Aurat me kiya dekh kar nikah kare 

Hazrate abu huraerah  (R.A.) Abu Hurayrah se riwayat hai ki nabi karim (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) 
Ne irshad farmaya Aurat se 4 chijo ki wajah se nikah kiya jata hai ,wuske maal ke wajah se , wuske khandan ki wajah se , wuske husan wa jamal ke wajah se , ya unke deendar  hone ke wajah se , lekin tum deendar  Aurato  se nikah karoo ,

NOTE. Is hadees qarim se malum huaa ki deendar Aurat se nikah karna afzal hai , deendar Aurat shohar (husband ) ki madadgar hoti hai aur thodih (km) rozi par bhi kanayat ikhtyaar kar leti hai , uske Elwa dusri Aurate deen se dur aurate na shukar ghuzar nafrman aur shohar ki shikayat dusro ke samne bayan karne wali hoti hai , aur gunah wa musibat me daal deti hai ,,

Hadees , Nabi karim (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)  ne irshad far may a. aurato se unke husan ko dekh kar shaadi mat karoo , ho sakta hai ki unka husan tumhe tabah kar de , na unse unke maal ki wajah se shaadi karoo ho sakta hai unka maal tumhe gunaho me daal de , balki deen ki wajah se nikah kiya karoo ,kaali chitti badshurat londi agr deendar hoto behtar hai ,,

NOTE, yaad rahe ki aapne sirf yeesi ladki se nikah kiya maal , w dolat ( saman ,jahez,) khub shaath laae aur khubshurat bhi bahut thi lekin deendar aur tahjib Akhlakh ke maamle me bilkul nahi hai ,to aap uske shaath yaqian ek acchi aur khushal jindgi nahi guzar sakte , yesi ladki ki wajah se ghar me hameesha tanawo aur aaye din ghar me jhgdah ka mahol bana rahega , natiza yae ki akhirkar maa baap se dur hona padh jaata hai , wuske liye jaha aap khubshurati maal wa dolat ko dekhte hai ,un sabse jiyaada ahm hai ki aap sabse pahle ladki ki Akhlaq uska khndan aur khaash kar wo deendar hai ya nahi , yae zarur dekhe tab hi aap ek kamyaab jindgi ke maliq ban sakte hai ,,

NOTE - Agar ek khubshurat ladki me yae khubiya nahi aur uske barkas badsurat ladki me deendari hoto wo badsurat ladki khubsurat ladki se behtar hai , Aqsar hamare muslim bhai dowlat mand fashion parst ladki par marte hai ,aur dowlat ko bahut JiAada Ahmiyat dete hai , jab ki dowlat walo se JiAada deendar logo Ko Ahmiyat dena chahiye ,,

HADEES , nbi karim (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ne irshad farmaya jo koi husan wa jamal maal w dawolat ki khatir kisi Aurat se nikah kare ga to wo dono se mahrum rahega , aur jab deen ke liye nikah karega to uske dono maqsad pure honge
