NIKAH KIN LOGO SE JAYEZ HAI 


duniya main insan ke Wazud baki rakhne ke liye qanun e ALLAH Tala ke mutabiq
2 mukhalif jins ka aaps me milna zaruri hai , lekin isi qanun ke mutabiq kuch yaese bhi inshan hote hai jinka jansi taoor par aaps me milna qanun khuda ke khilaf hai ,

ALLAH tala Quran me irshad farmate hai

tarzuma ; haram hue tum par tumhari maa aur tumhari betiya aur bahn aur fufiya aur khalaye, aur bhanjiya, aur tumhari maa ye jinhne tumko dudh pilaya h o aur dudh ki bahne aur tumhari Aworato ki maaye,

[surah ;an nisa , ruku 15. ayat 23 ]



Masla ; maa sagi ho ya sawouteli beti sagi ho ya sawouteli bahan sagi ho ya sawouteli in tamam se nikah karna haram hai isi tarah dadi pardadi nani par nani poti par poti nawasi par nawasi bich me chahe kitne pusto ka fasla ho un sab se nikah karna haram hai ,



KISI AWORAT KA DUDH AGR BACHPAN ME PIYA TO

hazrat umr binte abdul rahman hazrat mola ali radiALLAHU TALA ANHU se irshad hai ki nabi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmya ki rda AT [ dudh ki risto ] se bhi wo riste haram hojate hai ,jo waladt se haram ho jate hai ,

NOTE ; yani kisi aworat ka dudh agr bachpan me piya to us Aworat se maa ka rista qayam ho jata hai , ab uski beti aapki bahan hai , usse nikah aap nahi kar sakte , kiyo ki wo aap ke liye jayz nahi hai balki haram hai ,asal baat yae hai ki jis tarah sagi maa ke jin rishtedaro se islam me nikah haram hai usi tarah us dodh pilane wali Aworat se bhi nikah haram hai ,


KIN AWORATO SE NIKAH KAR SAKTE HAI 


hazrat abu huraira radiALLAHU TALA ANHU se irshad hai ki nabi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmya ki koi aadmi apni bibi ke saath uski bhatizi ya bhanzi se nikah na karo ,

[ muslim sharif ; zild 1 sfa number 452


MASLA ;Aworat [ bibi ] ki bahan chahe sagi ho ya radei [ yani dudh sharik ] ho bibi ki khala ya fufi  sagi ho ya radaei  un sab se bibi ke zinda rahte hu nikah karna haram hai ,

NOTE ; agr bibi ko talak de di ho to jab tak Aworat ki iddat khatam na ho uski bahn fufi khala digar se nikah nahi kar sakta
qanune sahriyat [ zild 2 safa 48]

NAbi karim sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki sharabi ke nikah me apne beti na do , sharabi agr bimar padeh to use dekhne na jawo ,us jaat ki kasam jisne nabi barhaq bnaa kar becha sharab pine wale par tamam aasmani kitabo me lanat aai hai

SHARABI SE NIKAH KARNA 


NOTE ; hazrat imam abu lais samr kandi rahmatullah alaih sand ke saath apni tanbiyah al gafelin me riwayat karte hai ki ,

baad sahaba radiALLAHU TALA ANHU riwayat hai ki jisn ne apni beti ka nikah sharabi mard se kiya to usne use zina ke liye rukhsat kiya ;

NOTE  ; matlab yae hai ki sharabi aadmi nashe ki halt me ba kasrat talak ka zikar karta rahta hai jisse us ki bibi us par haram ho jati hai ,



QAFIR MUSHRIK MARD YA AWORAT SE NIKH KARNA HARAM HAI 


Quran me ALLAH tala irshad farmate hai ,

tarzuma ; aur mushriqo ke nikah me na do jab tak ki wo iman na laye ;

[ surah bakra ayat 221]



MASLA ; muslman Aworat ka nikah muslman mard ke siwa kisi bhi dusre mazhab wale se nahi ho sakta ,

QURAN 

tarzuma ; Aur shirq karne wali aworato se nikah na karo jab tak ki wo muslman na ho jaye ;

MASLA ; muslman mard ka majusi [ aag ki puja karne wala ] but parshti [ murti muja ] suraj pujne wali sitaro ko pujne wali  un tamam me se kisi bhi aworat se nikah nahi hoga ;;
[ bhare shariyat ; zilt 1 hissa number 8 sfa number 17



NOTE [ MASLA ]
Aaj ke is daur me aqsar hamare muslim nojwan qafir , mushriqo ki Aworato se shaadi karte hai , aur nikah ke baad unko muslman banaya jata hai , yae nehayat hi galat tariqa hai , aur islam me haram hai , pahle to unka nikah hi nahi hoga kiyo ki nikah ke waqat tak ladki qufar par qayam rahti hai lehaza nikah hi nahi hoga , pahle use muslman kiya jaye fir nikah kiya jaye .,

NOTE ; yaad rahe qafir mushriq aworato se muslman karke nikah karna jayz hai ,lekin yae koi farz ya wazib nahi hai , balki kuch riwayto ke mutabia
